Another benefit of the office hysteroscope
There are studies that change the landscape of medicine and papers that raise more questions than answers. Quite often there are manuscripts that raise the consciousness of its readers and then some that have a simple practicality that often make you wonder why you never thought of it. The wonderful video by Parry and his colleagues (1) in this issue of Fertility and Sterility showcases a novel technique that was initially reported in another journal a few months ago (2). In this study, 435 women with infertility were evaluated using a flexible 2.9 mm hysteroscope (2).
