Study of the possible role of interleukin-6 (IL-6) on embryo implantation in mice
IL-6 is an integral modulator of the TH-2 immune reaction which favors embryo implantation. The addition of IL-6 to the culture medium of embryos may theoretically enhance their implantation potential, and the aim of this study was to test this hypothesis in the pre-implantation mouse embryos.
